Whatfix enables you to prompt your users to open the Self Help after a period of continuous inactivity. Personalized nudges suggest user specific content like articles, Flows, etc. on the page/segment that they are currently on.
Note:
Self Help Personalization needs to be enabled to enable Personalized Nudges. For more information, see Self Help personalization.
The nudge appears as a tooltip on the Self Help in its closed state. Clicking the suggestion opens the content as it would open when clicked from the Self Help.

- Personalized nudges is displayed to the end user if they have not opened Self Help atleast once in their last 5 distinct day visits made to the application or after 15 days of inactivity.
- Personalized Nudges display the top content out of the first five personalized suggestions.
