Overview
Whatfix's Power BI integration enables you to push Whatfix Analytics data to Power BI in the form of a dataset. This dataset is further used to create a custom report on the Power BI dashboard.

Note:
Integrating Whatfix and Power BI requires backend configuration that can only be done by Whatfix. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
Track end-user task usage and completion, and then report on the Power BI dashboard.
Track new user onboarding task completion and map their support tickets.
Check new feature usage and adoption rates from the Power BI dashboard.
Check search usage for users with an NPS score under 6 and gather unsuccessful search terms to identify knowledge gaps.
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
