Overview
Whatfix and Salesforce Einstein integration enables you to push Whatfix Analytics data to Salesforce Einstein in the form of a dataset. This dataset is further used to create a custom dashboard in the Salesforce app.

Integrating Whatfix and Salesforce Einstein requires backend configuration that can only be done by Whatfix. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
Track user task usage and completion, and report on the Salesforce dashboard.
Track new user onboarding task completion and map their support tickets.
Check new feature usage and adoption rates from the Salesforce dashboard.
Check search usage for users with an NPS score under 6 and get unsuccessful search terms to identify knowledge gaps.
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
