Share a Survey

Once you create a Survey, Whatfix enables you to share the Survey with your users.

You can share a Survey only in the Production stage.

You can share a Survey in the following ways:

Copy the Survey link or embed code

You can copy the link or the embed code of the Survey, which can then be used anywhere to collect the Feedback from your users.

Use the following steps to copy the Survey link or the embed code:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

  2. Click Surveys.

  3. Click the Production tab.

  4. Hover your cursor over the required Survey, and then click the Share icon.

  1. Choose the Copy option.

  2. Click Next.

  3. Depending on your use case, copy the Survey link or the embed code.

  4. Click Okay.

Share a Survey link directly to a user

You can share a Survey link as an email directly to your end users.

Use the following steps to share a Survey link to your users via email:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

  2. Click Surveys.

  3. Click the Production tab.

  4. Hover your cursor over the required Survey, and then click the Share icon.

  1. Click Share.

  2. Click Next.

  3. Enter the recipients' email addresses and description.

  4. Click Share Survey.

An email with subject line - Survey Mail, is sent to the recipient's mail address.
