Whatfix captures both Flow failures and exits.
Flow failure: Occurs when an issue prevents the Flow from proceeding.
Flow exit: Occurs when the Flow functions correctly, but the user decides not to continue and navigates away.
Flow exits happen due to one of the following reasons:
-
The user explicitly closes the Flow using the X icon.
-
Flow transition issue: The user does not click the next available action in the Flow but clicks another Flow.
-
User navigates away: This can result from one of two possibilities:
- No activity from the user
- The user moves away from the computer
The reasons for exits can be seen when you hover your cursor over the chart in Flow Analytics.
