Article Summary
Whatfix captures both Flow failures and exits.
- Flow failure - when there is something wrong with the Flow, and the user is not able to proceed.
- Flow exit - when the Flow is functioning, but the user chooses not to continue and instead navigates away.
Flow exits happen due to one of the following reasons,
User explicitly closes the Flow using the X icon.
Flow transition issue: User did not click on the next available action in the Flow, but clicked any other Flow.
User navigates away: This could ideally be one of two possibilities,
- There is no activity from the user
- User moves away from the computer
The reasons for exits can be seen when you hover your mouse over the chart in Flow Analytics.
