    Use excel format to upload translated content

    Once the content is translated, the final step in the translation process is to upload the translated excel format into your Whatfix account.

    Convert the translated file into a .zip file and then begin the uploading process.

    Use the following steps to upload the translated excel format into your Whatfix account:

    1. On the Whatfix dashboard, at the top right, click the Settings icon.

    2. Click Translations.

    1. Click the Upload icon next to the language for which you want to upload the file.

    2. On the pop-up, click + Choose zip file.

    3. From your device, select the translated .zip file and then click Open.

    4. Click Upload.

    • Content can be translated only if they are in the Draft or Ready stages.
    • The confirmation pop-up gives details of the content that is not translated.

    1. Click Okay.

    • When the upload is successful, you receive a success email.
    • If the upload fails, a failure report is sent to you via email.
