Sometimes, the Self Help widget may cover some part of the application that needs to be visible and accessible to your users. To overcome this issue, Whatfix enables you to reposition the Self Help widget to a more convenient position.

- Your end users can also change the position of the widget and Whatfix remembers the new position on the next visit.
- When ends users reposition the Self Help widget to another position, other Self Help widgets on other pages or applications are also moved to this new position.
- The Self Help widgets on other pages and applications can be seen in the new position set only in the following two scenarios:
- If end users have the same user role
- If the Self Help widget is present in the same app page
Use the following steps to reposition the Self Help widget:
- On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

Click Self Help.

In the Position section, change the Self Help widget position as per your requirement.

Click Save.
End users can change the widget position by using the following steps:
- Click and hold the Self Help widget.
- Drag and drop the widget to any of the 12 available positions.
