Whatfix prides itself on being able to delight customers when it comes to customer support. Every customer is assigned a named Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure that value promised by Whatfix is actually delivered. Support is available 24 hours 5 days a week.

The easiest way to access support is to use the Support icon on the Whatfix Dashboard. Here's how you can access the Chat feature:

If you weren't able to find an answer to your query on our support site, you can also write to support@whatfix.com. A ticket is automatically created on our ticketing platform.
