    How to share Whatfix Player Logs?

    Application logs from your system are required by Whatfix to investigate the source of a malfunction.

    1. In the Windows File Explorer, enter %localappdata% in the file bar.
      Desktop_Versioning_localappdata(1)

    2. Locate the Whatfix Player folder and double-click to open the folder.

    3. Double-click the file ZipWhatfixLogs.bat Windows Batch File.

    4. Navigate to %localAppData% folder and locate WhatfixLogs .zip file.

    5. Send the .zip file to support@whatfix.com or your Whatfix point of contact.
