Change roles of existing users

Whatfix enables you to assign user roles based on the different responsibilities of a user. For example, a user who only translates content is assigned the Translator role.

Note

Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. For more information about available user roles, see Whatfix User Roles.

Use the following steps to change the role of a user:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

  2. Click Teammates.
    Desktop_db_click_teammates_01

  1. On the user profile, click the lock icon.
    db_users_lock

  2. Select a role from the dropdown to change the user role.
