Whatfix Pop-ups are information widgets used to inform your users about things that need their immediate attention. You can attach a Flow, survey, video, image, or GIF to a Pop-up.
Use Pop-ups to
- Introduce new features to your users and give them a product walkthrough by attaching the Pop-up with Flows
- Notify users about product and software updates
- Drive user action like completing a survey
- Inform users about a celebratory event
