How can you delete a reporting Schedule in Product Analytics?

Whatfix enables you to delete a reporting Schedule. You may want to delete a reporting Schedule if the report is not required for analysis anymore.

Currently, Whatfix enables you to schedule only Trend Insight reports.
Use the following steps to delete a reporting Schedule:
- On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.
Click the Trend Insight for which you want to delete the Schedule.
Click Schedule.
Hover your cursor over the existing Schedule, and then click the Delete Schedule icon.
On the confirmation pop-up, click Delete schedule.

The Schedule is deleted and reports do not get sent.
You cannot recover a deleted Schedule.
If you have more than one Schedule for a particular Trend Insight report, deleting one Schedule does not impact the other Schedules.
Deleting a Schedule does not impact the original Trend Insight report.
