View the last interaction data for the User Actions

Sometimes, older User Actions may stop capturing data due to application upgrades. Viewing the User Action Analytics insight is the only way to find out if the User Action is tracking data or not. The Last interaction column displays when the User Action last received engagement.

Hover your cursor over the Last interaction data to view the exact date on which the User Action was last engaged with.

Sort the Last interaction column based on the most recent engagement. If a User Action has not received any data, it appears as No events received. Use the sorting option to identify User Actions that have not received events for an extended period and decide whether to reselect them or remove them if they are no longer necessary.
