Article helps your users find one-line answers within the Task List instead of navigating to a different page.

Create an article within a Task List Segment

Use the following steps to create an article within a Task List segment:

  1. On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Widgets.

  2. Navigate to the Task List segment you want to create an article, and then click the Edit icon.

  3. Click the Create button.

  4. Click Article.

  5. Enter the Title, Description, Search Keywords and Tag (Optional).

  6. Click Save.

Adding an Existing Article to a Task List Segment

Similarly, you can add an existing article content to your Task List segment using the Select button.

Use the following steps to add an existing article to a Task List segment:

  1. On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Widgets.

  2. Navigate to the Task List segment you want to add article to ,and then click the Edit icon.

  3. Click the Select button.

  4. Filter the content using the Filter option. In the dropdown, click ARTICLE.

  5. Select the desired article from the list.

  6. Click Okay.

Note

The existing article is added to your Task List segment.
