Creating Text Content

Textual content can be used to answer simple queries or FAQs using short answers right inside the Self Help widget. This saves the user the time to navigate to a link outside your application just to see a simple answer.
To create text content,
- Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
- On the top right, click the Create button and then click Text.
- Add the Display Text and Description and then click Save.
- Once created, you can find it on the Dashboard. Text content is depicted by its own icon on the dashboard.
The Text content is currently supported in the Self Help and Task List widgets.
