Article summary

Text content such as Articles can be embedded within the Self Help and Task List widgets to help end users find content within the application. With Trend Insights, analyze the number of users who viewed or closed an article and filter the data based on city, country, browser, and more.

The following events can be used to analyze text content:

  • Article viewed
  • Article closed
Info

These events appear in the dropdown only if users have performed or engaged with them. As a Whatfix content creator, create the Article, add it to Self Help or Task List, and publish it to end users. Once end users interact with the Article, view the engagement data with the specified events.
