Whatfix enables you to configure the appearance of each Smart Tip that appears in an application. Choose to display the Smart Tip in two ways.
Smart Hover: Information appears when end users hover their cursor over the selected element, for example, a text field.
Info:
Set the Smart Tip to auto-hover in case you have some information that needs their attention.
Auto-Hover Smart Tips appear as soon as the page loads for the end users.

Smart Icon: Information appears only when end users interact with the icon inserted by the Content Creators next to the specific element.
Info:
By default, the Smart icon is an 'i' icon, but Whatfix enables you to set a custom image for the Smart icon using the customization option. For more information, see Changing the i icon for Smart Tips.

On click of Icon: Information appears when a user clicks the i icon next to the interface.
