A copy of a Task List can be created only in the widget section within the dashboard.

Create a copy of a Task List

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
    ia_left_nav_widgets

  2. Click Task lists.
    ia_left_nav_task_list

  1. Hover your cursor over the Task List you want to copy and click the Copy icon.
    Click_copy_TL

  • Whatfix content and widgets can be copied in the Draft, Ready, and Production stages.
  • The copy of the Whatfix content or widget is created with the title: Copy of <Content/Widget Title>.

  1. Hover your cursor over the copied Task List, and then click the Edit icon to make necessary changes.
    Click_edit_TL
