Mismatch between the color of content and tooltip background

Issue

The background color of the content is different from that of the tooltip background.

Use CTRL Shift V when copy-pasting content on a tooltip as that reduces wrong formatting issues

Probable Cause

This may happen when you copy-paste content directly from another source. The regular copy paste copies not just the text, but the formatting as well. And it’s the formatting that causes these issues.

Suggested Solution

Ensure that you copy only the content. You can do this using the following shortcuts when copy pasting content from one source to Whatfix.
On Windows use Control+Shift+V

On Mac use Command+Shift+V .
