For information about existing Visibility Rules, see Visibility and Display Rule Conditions.
Using Advanced Visibility Rules, Whatfix enables you to display a widget based on specific User Actions that your user performs. For example, if you use an application that deals with sensitive data that is related to contracts, you might want to notify your end users when they attempt to download the contracts and explain to them that it is against compliance and results in a security threat. Using User Actions, trigger a Pop-up when a user clicks the export icon and then displays a message that describes the impact.
Use the following steps to display a widget based on a User Action:
In the Visibility rules section for your widget, click When does the {widget name} start or stop appearing?
Using the When causes the {widget name} to appear? dropdown, select User performing an action.
Click the User action field.
Select a User Action.
Click Add.
Once you have added all the required Visibility Rules, click Save.
Finish creating the widget, and then click Save.
Your title goes here
Ensure that you push the User Action to Production.
If the linked User Action is deleted, the corresponding Visibility rule does not work.
