The Web on Mobile experience enables users to access Pop-ups through a mobile device's browser. The experience ensures optimized usability and a responsive interface, making it easy to navigate and interact with the Pop-up content.
In this experience:
The Pop-up opens in a centered view that fits the screen width, enhancing usability and accessibility.
Images scale to fit within the Pop-up, keeping their original aspect ratio.

When does Whatfix enable the Web on Mobile experience?
Whatfix enables the Web on Mobile experience in the following scenarios:
When the screen width is 480 pixels or less.
When Whatfix detects that the browser is running on a mobile device based on its responsiveness.
