The Whatfix account sign-up link is valid for only 24 hours after it is generated. It expires after this period for security reasons, ensuring that only authorized users can access the platform and preventing misuse of the link.

An email containing the sign-up link is sent to the new user's email address.
The sign-up link is valid for 24 hours. If the link expires, a new invite needs to be sent again.
