Control Whatfix video downloads for end users

Manage and control video downloads for your end users. Use the toggle button under User Permission, in the video section of the Dashboard to enable the video download option for all videos added to Flows, Pop-ups, and Self Help.

Note:

End users can download only the videos that are hosted on Whatfix cloud servers.

Here’s how to manage permissions for video downloads for your end users:

1. Go to Settings.

   

2. Click Video.

   

3. Go to User Permission and use the toggle option to enable or disable video downloads for your end users.

Note:

• Once the required configurations are set, end users have the option to download videos from either Flows, Pop-ups, or Self Help.
