Add a Flow as a Video to your Dashboard

Add Flows as videos in the Whatfix Guidance dashboard. Convert a Flow to a video and insert it into any Whatfix content, such as Pop-ups and Self Help.

Note:

You can only add Flows in the Production stage as videos to your Dashboard.

Use the following steps to add a Flow as a Video:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

  2. Click Flows.

  1. Go to the Production stage.

  2. Select the Flows you want to share.

Note:

You can share up to 10 Flows at a time.

  1. Click Share.

  2. Select the Video option.

Note:

To convert Flow to a Video, you must authorize a video channel platform such as YouTube, Wistia, or Vimeo. For more information, see Upload Whatfix videos to online video platform.

  1. Click Add as video in Whatfix.

  2. Click Next.

If you want to download the flow text in another language, expand the Text language dropdown and select a language.

  1. Enter a Title Prefix.

Note:

The Title Prefix distinguishes the Flow title from its Video title.

  1. Click Add Video.

  • View the video on the Dashboard in the Draft stage.

You can then choose to add Videos in Whatfix content. For example, you can Add a Video to a Smart Tip.
