Whatfix recommends using the Studio to create static content as Auto tags are added to the content only when content is created using Whatfix Studio. Auto tags help in segmenting content so that they appear contextually. If static content is created using the Dashboard, Content creators have to add these tags manually so they appear contextually in widgets like Self Help and Task List.
