How can I access the Flow Closure Feedback report?

Whatfix enables you to view the Flow Closure Feedback report, which consists of feedback from end users mentioning the reasons for Flow closure.
Flow closure feedback report

Use the following steps to access the Flow Closure Feedback report:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.

  1. Click Flows.

  2. Go to the By Flow tab, and then select the Flow from the dropdown for which you want to view the report.

  3. Scroll down to the Flow Closure Feedback section to view the feedback.
