The back button in Flow tooltips can be disabled in the following two ways:
- Disable the back button for all Flows
- Disable the back button for individual Flow Steps
Expand the accordion(s) for more details.
Use the following steps to disable the back button for your account for all Flows at a global level:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

Click Flows.

On the Tool Tip tab, click Interaction.

Disable the Back Button toggle.

Click Save.

Use the following steps to disable the back button for each individual Flow at a step level:

Log in to the application where you want to create content, and then launch the Whatfix Studio.

Click Flow.

Enter the name of the Flow.

Click Add Step.

In the Studio toolbar, select a capture mode.

- Click the desired elements on the page that the user needs to select.

Click Configurations.

Go to Additional Options and disable the Show back button toggle.

Click Save Step.

- The Back button shows up for all the steps, except for the first step.
- You have the option to edit the Back button also using Launch live edit. The steps remain the same as the steps to edit the Back button in individual Flow steps.
