How to disable the back button in Flow steps?

The back button in Flow tooltips can be disabled in the following two ways:

  • Disable the back button for all Flows
  • Disable the back button for each individual Flow
For all Flows

Use the following steps to disable the back button for your account for all Flows:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

  2. Click Flows.

  1. On the Tool Tip tab, click Other Configuration.

  2. Next to the Back Button, choose the No option.

  3. Click Save.

For individual Flows

Use the following steps to disable the back button for each individual Flow: 

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

  2. Click Flows.
    ia_left%20nav_flows

  3. Hover your cursor over the required Flow, and then click the Edit icon.

  4. Click Customize.

Whatfix Content and Widgets can be edited in the Draft and Ready Stages.

  1. On the Tool Tip tab, click Other Configuration

  2. Next to the Back Button, choose the No option.

  3. Click Save.
