Each tag has its unique tag ID made of alphanumeric characters. You might require a tag ID when writing a script using Advanced Customization to perform custom operations.
Use the following steps to find the tag ID of a tag:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Tags.

Click All tags.

Next to the tag whose ID you want, click the Edit icon.

Click Copy ID.
The tag ID is copied to the clipboard and can be pasted wherever needed.
Note
The tag ID for a tag is displayed only if the tag is used in at least one Flow.
To view the tag ID, click the tag name (as shown in Step 2) and then view the tag in the URL. The last section of the URL is the tag ID.
