How to remove tags from Whatfix content?

You may want to remove tags from certain content under the following scenarios:

  • The content was added to Self Help using tags and you don't want the content to appear in the segment anymore.

  • The tags have become obsolete.

Use the following steps to remove tags from a content:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.
    ia_left_nav_content

  2. Click All content.
    ia_dashboard_left_nav_all_content

  1. Select the content you want to remove the tags using the checkboxes.
    clm_db_select_flows

  2. Click the Tags icon.
    clm_db_manage_tags

  3. Use the remove_tags_icon icon to remove the tags.

  4. Click Done.
