Image or Video blocked when you add it to a Flow

Issue

You try to embed a video or image in a Flow step, but a This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix this issue error is displayed.

Probable Causes

One of the following issues could be a reason for the error being displayed:

• Whatfix domains haven't been whitelisted

• The link of the media file added to the Flow is not an embed link

• Content-Security-Policy (CSP) errors have blocked the media from being shown

Suggested Solutions

• Ensure that the required domains have been whitelisted. For more information, see What are the trusted Whatfix domains to whitelist?

• Copy the embed links of the media files you wish to add in a Flow, and not just the normal links.

• Check the console for any CSP errors due to which images or videos may be getting blocked. In case an error is found, contact your IT Admin or support@whatfix.com.
