Preview a Survey

Whatfix enables you to preview Surveys using the preview mode on the Whatfix Studio before pushing your content to production. This helps you in viewing how your Survey looks and works on the website/application for the end user post creation.

Here's an example of how the Survey is displayed in the preview mode.

Before previewing a Survey, you must create a Survey and set its Visibility Rules to show on the page you are previewing it.

Use the following steps to preview a Survey:

  1. Go to the application in which you want the Survey to appear, and then launch the Whatfix Studio.

  2. On the top-right corner, click the Preview mode icon.

The Preview mode icon turns red once you enter Preview mode.

  1. Click Enter, and then refresh the browser.

Note:

If the content you want to preview is in the Draft stage, then select the Include Draft content and widgets. checkbox.
