Issue
When you create a Smart Tip in Whatfix Content, a corresponding Widget is automatically created.
Probable Cause
This is the expected behavior in Whatfix. When you create a Smart Tip using the Whatfix Studio editor, a new Smart Tip Widget Segment is automatically created. This Widget Segment controls the visibility of the Smart Tip on your application.

Suggested Solution
You cannot disable this behaviour. The Widget Segment is a necessary component to display a Smart Tip.
