View your end user responses to a survey with the help of Survey Analytics. The analytics enables you to view both individual responses and a summary of responses. Use this information to understand your end user experience.
Follow the steps to access Survey Analytics:
-
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.
-
Click Surveys.
-
For any of the given reports, use the filter to narrow down your reporting to specific criteria. By default, the filter is set to display data for the last 3 months.
-
You can filter the Survey analytics data only for Ready and Production stages.
-
In the Survey Analytics List View, Surveys are listed based on their creation date rather than the response date. Hence, if the creation date is not within the selected date range, then a highly engaged Survey might not appear at the top of the list.
The Surveys tab shows the following information:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Survey Name | This column shows all the Survey names created in your account. |
Responses | This column shows the number of responses to the Survey. |
Template | This column shows what Survey template is used. |
Creation Date | This column shows when the Survey was created. |
View both the summary and individual responses to the Survey.
Summary of all the Responses
- On the Surveys tab, click the Survey for which you want to view the responses.
See the total number of responses received for the Survey next to the Survey name.
Under the Summary section, view a summary of all the responses to the Survey and a qualitative analysis summary generated using AI. For more information, see Get Qualitative analysis summary for Surveys.
Access Qualitative analysis summary as part of the Premium plan. For more information, see Whatfix Pricing.
-
If you have an NPS question type, Whatfix Analytics does the calculation and displays the NPS score.
-
If you are checking Analytics for a Quiz, on the right side of the question, see how many users have answered the question correctly.
Individual Responses
- On the Surveys tab, go to the Individual Response tab.
See the total number of responses received for the Survey next to the Survey name.
- Click the user name of the particular user whose responses you want to view.
This section displays the selected user's response to all the questions.
If you are viewing the analytics for a Quiz, then see the answers chosen by the responder along with the correct answers.
