    Issue

    You are unable to delete content or widgets on the CLM dashboard.

    Probable Causes

    • Your assigned Whatfix User Role doesn't enable you to delete content or widgets in the Production stage. Only an Account Manager can perfom delete actions.

    • Content and widgets can only be deleted when they are in the Draft or Ready stages.

    Suggested Solution

    If you want to delete content or widgets that are in the Production stage, Unpublish them from production, and then delete them in the Draft or Ready stages.
