Prerequisites
To enable QuickRead, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- A total of at least 50 Whatfix articles or repository links are available in Production.
- The Whatfix cloud mode of deployment must be in use.
- For QuickRead to function with repositories behind authentication, ensure that End-user authentication is enabled for your account. Additionally, ensure that the Single Sign-On (SSO) of your base application matches the SSO for the repository.
Limitations
The following are the limitations of QuickRead:
- QuickRead supports queries and content only in European languages. For more information, see Which languages does QuickRead support?
- Smart Context is not applicable to QuickRead. It provides answers solely based on the query.
- QuickRead cannot be enabled on accounts that use a Self Hosted or On Premise mode of deployment.
- QuickRead does not support custom labels. Some of the text that is part of the user interface, such as the End Message Feedback label for Flows, can be modified. However, QuickRead does not consider this text while generating responses.
