With Explorer Analytics, find the engagement of your end users with the Explorer on your application.

Use the following steps to access Explorer Analytics:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.

Overview

The Overview tab includes the following insights:

Explorer queries served per Day

The Explorer analytics displays the Explorer queries served per Day. Queries Served denotes the number of times content was clicked and viewed in Explorer.

Hover over each peak to view the maximum number of queries for that day. The graph shows trends over each day as users search for content in Explorer search.

Explorer Opened

The section displays the number of times Explorer on Hub was opened by the end users.

This section displays the number of times content is accessed from Explorer by end users.

This section shows the total number of times end users have got successful search results from explorer.

Get a detailed breakdown on successful and unsuccessful search results given by Explorer. This section excludes details on QuickRead's search results.

Get a brief overview on QuickRead performance and engagement. Find information on QuickRead's successful response rate and any feedback that has come from the QuickRead section.
