Whatfix User Roles

The first person to create an account in an enterprise automatically becomes the Account Manager or the admin.

Only the Account Manager can invite other people to the enterprise specifying appropriate Roles.

Editor

Primary actions

• Create and edit Whatfix content. For more information, see Create content for DAP on OS.

Other actions

• Review content performance using Whatfix Analytics. For more information, see Whatfix Analytics.

• Preview the created content.

Translator

Primary actions

• Translate existing content to multiple languages. 

Content Manager

Primary actions

• Organize the content created by the Editor, using Widgets. For more information, see The DAP on OS Widgets.

• Configure themes and tooltips. For more information, see Configure Themes and Tool Tips.

• Access Advanced Customization to perform advanced actions.

Other actions

• Create Whatfix content. For more information, see Create content for DAP on OS.

Account Manager

Primary actions

• Review and publish content and widgets, or change the settings. For more information, see Publish Whatfix content.
