Whatfix Mirror enables you to blur images on captured Mirror Screens to hide sensitive or unwanted content. This helps protect confidential information and personal data and creates a more realistic training experience.
For example, blur revenue data displayed within an image on a sales dashboard before publishing the Workflow to your users.
Note:
Currently, Whatfix Mirror does not support blurring of background images.
Use the following steps to blur an image on a Mirror Screen:

Launch Whatfix Studio on your application.

Click Mirror.
Click the Mirror Workflow that contains the Mirror Screen you want to edit.
Click the More icon.
Click Preview.
Click the Edit Screen icon.
Select the image you want to blur.
Choose the Blur option.

Adjust the blur intensity to 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% to match your requirements.
Based on your requirements, you can choose to:
- Modify selected element: Change only the specific element you select.
- Modify all instances on this screen: Change all identical elements on the current screen.
- Modify all instances across workflow: Change all identical elements in the entire workflow.
Note:
When you blur an image, you permanently update the element on the Mirror Screen. You cannot restore the original image after you apply the blur.
Click Modify.
Click Done.

Preview the Mirror Screen to verify the end-user experience before you share the Mirror Workflow. For more information, see Preview a Mirror Screen.
After confirming the end-user experience, publish the Mirror Workflow. For more information, see Publish Whatfix Mirror.
Once published, share the Mirror Workflow with your end users. For more information, see Share Whatfix Mirror.
