Edit Text on a Mirror Screen

Prev Next

Whatfix Mirror enables you to edit text on the captured Mirror Screens. Use the functionality to remove sensitive information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, or account IDs, and update placeholders, field labels, or instructions before sharing Workflows with learners.

For example, if a Workflow contains a screen displaying a customer’s account ID or a team member’s personal email, replace it with a generic, non-sensitive value, such as a masked account ID “ACC-1234” or a placeholder email “user@example.com”, to ensure all text is free of sensitive information.

Info:

You can edit text on a Mirror Screen only when the Workflow is in the Draft stage. Workflows in the Ready and Production stages do not appear in the Whatfix Studio.
