Preview a Roleplay in Mirror

Whatfix Mirror enables you to preview a Roleplay once it is attached to a Workflow. Previewing a Roleplay helps you verify its setup within the Workflow and understand the learner experience. This also helps you ensure that all parts of the Roleplay, including scenarios, instructions, and interactions, function as intended.

Use Preview with roleplay to verify the following:

• Confirm that the Roleplay link is working correctly.

• Ensure instructions, scenarios, and interactions display as expected.

• Check the overall learner experience before publishing or sharing the Roleplay.

Note:

Preview with roleplay is available only in the Draft or Ready stages.

Use the following steps to preview a Roleplay:

1. On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, click the Workflow with the Roleplay enabled.

   

2. Click Preview with Roleplay.

   

   Info:

   The Preview with Roleplay option opens a preview window where you can see how the Mirror with Roleplay appears to your learners.
