Artikel-Zusammenfassung

Whatfix Mirror enables you to disable a Roleplay attached to a Workflow to temporarily restrict learner access. This is useful when you update the Avatar, end conditions, or evaluation parameters in the Roleplay Admin Dashboard. It ensures your learners view only the latest version. Re-enable the Roleplay once it’s ready for use.

Note:

  • You can disable a Roleplay only when it is in the Draft or Ready stages.

  • Once you disable a Roleplay, you cannot preview or share it.

Use the following steps to disable a Roleplay:

  1. On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, hover your cursor over the Workflow where you want to disable a Roleplay.

  2. Click the More icon.

  3. Click Attach roleplay.

  4. Disable the Enable roleplay for this workflow toggle.

  5. Click Update.

    Info:

Once you click Update, the Roleplay disabled badge and a banner notification appear, confirming that the Roleplay is inactive and not attached to the Workflow.

Note:

  • Disabling a Roleplay displays the following message when you try to access the Workflow with Roleplay link:

  • Re-enable the Roleplay at any time from Roleplay settings by turning on the same toggle. For more information, see Attach a Roleplay in Mirror.
