Issue:

You are unable to see the Mirror on the Whatfix Dashboard.

Cause:

After you capture the Mirror screens, Whatfix Studio automatically creates a Mirror project in which all the captured Mirror screens are saved. This Mirror project enables you to access and manage Mirror screens from the Mirror's project view within Whatfix Studio.
For more information, see Create a Mirror.

Solution:

Currently, Whatfix Mirrors are stored within Whatfix Studio and are not on the Whatfix Dashboard.

When you click the Done icon, all the captured Mirror screens are saved within the Mirror Project.
A Mirror Project is a container that groups all the screens that are captured in the mirroring process.
The Mirror Project is located under Mirror within the Whatfix Studio, enabling you to organize and manage the Mirror easily.
