Whatfix enables you to view all usage and engagement-related data for your Mirror in easy-to-understand visual formats.
Filter your Trends data based on the following metrics:
Total events: Number of times the event occurred.
Unique users: Number of unique users that triggered the event.
The Chart view enables you to view your Trends data using the following chart types:
Chart type | Definition |
---|---|
Line chart | A graphical representation of data points connected by lines, used to show trends or patterns over time, such as the number of users who started the Mirror workflow and the number of users who completed it. |
Area chart | A chart that displays data as a series of data points connected by lines and filled with colors. For example, use an area chart to display the number of users launching and completing the Mirror workflow. |
Bar - Horizontal | This is a chart that uses horizontal bars to represent data. It can be used to compare events, such as launching a Mirror workflow and completing a Mirror workflow. |
Bar - Vertical | This is a chart that uses vertical bars to represent the data. It is used to compare events, such as launching a Mirror workflow and completing a Mirror workflow. |
Pie chart | A pie chart is a circle chart that displays data as a circle divided into sectors or slices. These slices correspond to different categories. The slices show the proportion of different categories in relation to the whole dataset. |
Donut chart | A donut chart is a type of pie chart where the center is removed to create a hollow or donut look. Data is distributed into segments, where each segment of the donut represents a portion of the whole, and the entire donut itself represents the total sum of all the data. |
Metrics | A visual representation of key performance indicators (KPIs) or metrics, used to track the progress towards a specific goal, such as displaying the conversion rate on a dashboard. |
Table | This is a visual representation of data in rows and columns. It is used to display structured data in a tabular format, such as a list of events and the engagement. |
Filter your Trends data using the default and custom date filters or based on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly timeframes.
