Add an App to your Dashboard

You can add an app to your Whatfix Mobile Dashboard which denotes your mobile app which you want to integrate with Whatfix Mobile and create content. An app essentially stores all your in-app experiences/projects that you create and want to show on your mobile app. You can add other members of your organization to your app to collaborate.

Use the following steps to add an app,

  1. On the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard, click the + tile.

  2. In Add new app, click the Add app icon, and then upload an app icon.

  3. Enter a name for the app.

  4. Click Proceed.

  5. Select a platform, and then click Create app.

  6. To add your team members to the app, click the + icon.

  • You can only add existing members to an app.
  • To add a new member to your organization(org), see Add a new user.
  1. Click Proceed.

  2. Integrate the Whatfix Mobile SDK on your app based on the platform you have selected.

  • If you don't have the access to integrate, click the share icon and Integration instructions are sent to the developer.

  1. Click Done.
