Whatfix enables you to add Multilingual Audio to your projects that helps you engage with your users in a language that they understand better.

- End users can switch languages only on the Onboarding and Training project.
- In all other projects you can add audio in a single language.
- You can create different projects to support different languages to target particular user.
Use the following steps to add audio to a project,

On the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard, select the app in which the project is present.

Select the project you want to add audio.

Click Design.

On the right side, under the LANGUAGE SUPPORT section, click +Language and add the languages.

The default language is English.

Click the element on the screen, and then in the left pane, click Audio.

You can either Upload or Generate audio.

If you want to upload the audio, click Upload and select the required audio file from your device.

If you want to generate the audio, C
a. Click the Generate button.
b. In the text box, add the required text.
c. Click Generate.

- You can enter text in the English language only.
- For other languages, you can use any transliteration service available online and paste it in the text box.
