To preview a project on a device you must first enable the Creator Mode. Whatfix recommends to enable the Creator Mode while SDK Installation. For more information, see Install Whatfix Mobile.

Ensure that you have granted camera permission to your app before you preview your in-app experience.
Use the following steps to preview a project on a device:

On the Whatfix dashboard, select an app in the which the project you want to preview is present.

Select the project you want to preview.

Click the more icon and then click Preview in device.

You will see a QR code for the project you have selected.

Open Whatfix Preview app on your mobile. In the notifications, you can see a Leap creator mode: ON option.

Click Scan QR and then scan the QR code generated in the step 3.

Once you scan the QR code, the Whatfix content or project you have created can be previewed automatically.
