Whatfix Mobile enables you to add 7 types of questions to your Feedback and NPS Surveys. You can choose a question type based on your use case. After collecting responses from your users, view the survey insights and responses in the Insights section on the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard. It enables you to analyze user feedback, track customer satisfaction and assess responses for improvement.

The following table shows the different question types:
Question Type | Description |
---|---|
Text box - single line | A single-line text box question type asks your respondents to write a short answer or a one-line answer to the question.![]() |
Text box - multi line | A multi-line text box question type asks respondents to briefly answer the question.![]() |
Single choice | Single-choice question type enables your respondents to choose only one option from the given choices.![]() |
Multiple choice | Multiple-choice questions enables your respondents to choose one or more options from the given choices.![]() |
Opinion scale | The Opinion scale question type asks your respondents to rate their experience. You can either add a 5-point scale or a 7-point scale.![]() For example, the Start label can be 'Very Good' and the End label can be 'Horrible'. Info: You can also choose to label all the options by enabling the Label all option checkbox. ![]() |
NPS | The Net Promoter Score asks your respondents to rate their experience with the product and helps you understand customer satisfaction.![]() |
Star rating | A star rating is a type of rating question that asks respondents to rate their experience on a 5-point scale represented by stars.![]() |
