Introduction to Survey Insights

With Whatfix Survey Insights, you can understand how your end users have engaged with your survey projects and analyze their responses as well.

You might identify the following data using the Survey analytics:

  • A summary of the survey responses
  • Individual responses
  • Number of users who have seen the survey
  • Number of mandatory questions
  • Total number of questions

Use the following steps to view Survey Insights,

  1. On the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard, go to the app where you have created your survey projects.

  2. Click Insights.

  3. Under the Project Overview section, click your Feedback or NPS Survey project.

Summary of responses

After publishing your survey, you can view a summary of all the survey questions and answers to understand your end users' opinions and feedback.

Use the following steps to access the Summary tab:

  1. Once you've selected the survey project which you want to analyze, go to the Summary tab.

The Summary section shows the overall response of the survey. It also contains data about the Mandatory questions which are part of the survey and the total questions.

If you have an NPS question type, Whatfix Mobile Insights does the calculation and displays the score.


Individual responses

You can also view the responses given by a particular respondent to understand their opinions.

Use the following steps to access the individual responses:

  1. Once you've selected the survey project which you want to analyze, go to the Responses tab.

  • You can see a list of all the users who have taken up your survey.
  • The user is identified using the unique user ID passed to Whatfix Mobile. For more information, see User Level Insights for Flow Checklist
  1. Click the User ID of the particular user whose responses you want to view.

You can see the responses submitted by the particular user.
