How can I access the Enterprise Insights dashboard?

- Enterprise Insights (EI) is a Beta product. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up your account.
- Only users with the ECC Admin role can access the EI dashboard.
Enterprise Insights (EI) enables you to have better visibility of usage and Whatfix DAP (Digital Adoption Platform) adoption metrics across enterprise applications at the portfolio level. Use this data to identify and drive initiatives to improve adoption or optimize application license utilization costs.
The Enterprise Insights dashboard provides the following features:
- View all existing accounts associated with the organization.
- Access the dashboard for a specific account by clicking the application name.
- View all users and their roles.
- Invite users and assign roles to different applications.
- Analyze application usage and DAP metrics using Insights.
- Understand license utilization.
- Understand user sentiment.
- Visualize Insights using Dashboards.
Use the following steps to access the Enterprise Insights dashboard:
Go to the Whatfix Guidance dashboard from any Whatfix account or enterprise (ENT) part of the organization.
Click the Product line switcher icon.
Select Enterprise Insights from the dropdown.
The Enterprise Insights option is only available in the dropdown if you have access to the Enterprise Insights dashboard. For more information, see View users on the ECC dashboard.
The Enterprise Insights dashboard opens and provides access to all features.
On the Enterprise Insights dashboard, use the Product line switcher icon to switch back to the Whatfix Guidance or Whatfix Analytics dashboard of the same account or ENT from which the navigation occurred.
