How much older data can I get in Product Analytics?

Whatfix stores analytics data for up to two years and by default, you can view up to one year of analytics data on the Whatfix Analytics dashboard.  

Contact support@whatfix.com in the following scenarios:

• You want data older than a year

• You want to delete the data during the term of engagement or post-termination

Note:

Whatfix stores only up to three months of engagement data for Self Help shown and Smart-tip loaded for page events. All other Whatfix engagement events follow the above-mentioned data availability policy.

Post termination data retention

Whatfix retains data for two years post‑termination of the contract.
